As a Launch team sales manager, you will be helping outbound leads nationwide from our central headquarters, consulting with different prospects, and effectively closing sales. The company can give you the right sales knowledge and training but cannot provide the right attitude and mindset. Our team culture is energetic, driven, self-resilient, creative, and friendly. We collaborate and help each other grow and succeed.


What you will be doing:

  • Nurturing leads and successfully selling a targeted percentage of those leads.
  • Selling memberships over the phone and obtaining payment.
  • Educate the consumer on the membership options and services offered.
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and courtesy in all transactions.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals by utilizing sound telephone-based customer acquisition techniques.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.

What You Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in inside sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Listening, critical thinking, and problem solving to sell and meet goals
  • Goal-oriented with a healthy competitive spirit
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle rejection and persist with the sales process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suites and CRM software is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
